Michael Cucchi is a technology executive with a track record of scaling marketing and product organizations at category-defining infrastructure companies. As Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Hydrolix, he leads marketing, product management, and product strategy for a next-generation real-time data fabric built for global-scale telemetry analytics.

Before Hydrolix, Michael served as SVP of Product Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy at Sumo Logic (~$1.6B), where he led integrated go-to-market strategy across observability and security analytics. He co-invented and launched Dojo AI, the company’s first agentic security operations product — AI agents that autonomously detect and resolve threats. Prior to that, he was VP of Product and Marketing at PagerDuty (~$2B), where he helped grow ARR from $130M to $300M+ by building a combined product-led and sales-led growth motion.

In addition, his career spans senior marketing and product leadership roles at Cognizant, Pivotal Software (EMC/VMware), Riverbed Technology, and Akamai Technologies. He has served on the board of Pliant.io (acquired by IBM) and as an advisor and investor to Autoptic, Talon Storage (acquired by NetApp), ClimateCheck, and Sevii.ai.

Michael is a Forbes Technology Council member, a judge and mentor at the MIT Entrepreneurship Competition, and has been published in Forbes, VentureBeat, The New Stack, DevOps.com, and InformationWeek. He holds a BS in Business with a Computer Science minor from Skidmore College.

Outside of work, Michael is passionate about family, music, and sailing — he served as Commodore of the Salem Willows Yacht Club from 2007 to 2011.
